Return Policy

Thank you again for your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund (30 days in total from the date of processing). You may return any eligible product (as defined below) purchased on in accordance with the terms below:

A return authorization must be requested within 15 days of your date of delivery. You must email us at to request and receive a Return Authorization Number which must be included along with your returned product. 

How to Process a Return

After you receive a Return Authorization Number, please package your item and a copy of your receipt and mail the item back to us at: Savvy Digital LLC (, 4262 Blue Diamond Road, #150, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89139. Then email us your Return Authorization Number and your shipping tracking number so we can track your return.

You must return the Product to the address provided to receive a refund at your cost within 15 days of receipt of a Return Authorization Number.

Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

Additional terms and conditions:

Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.

If you return product to (a) without a return authorization from or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 30% of the original price of the product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.

If the product is inspected and determined to be in good physical condition, retains the right to charge you a 30% restocking fee. This fee is to cover the cost of labor and repackaging a product that is found to be in good condition.

Non-returnable items:

  • Products that are kept beyond the 15-day return period.
  • Products that show evidence of wear, tear, change, or alteration.
  • Products where the original tags, serial numbers, or labels have been scratched or removed.
  • Products that have been washed, worn, torn, frayed, bleached, stained, or scratched.
  • Products that have been carved, engraved, embossed, customized, or personalized.
  • Products that show any signs of heavy usage.
  • Products purchased at a discount, SALE, or FINAL SALE will not be refunded.
  • Products that are gift cards, books with obvious signs of use, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items.
  • Any item not in its original condition and is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible to be returned.

Returnable Products:

  1. Products that arrive but have not been opened or removed from their original packaging.
  2. Products that arrive yet are deemed to be broken or damaged due to shipping upon arrival.
  3. Products that arrive yet are deemed defective upon arrival.
  4. Products that arrive but they are incorrect based on the brand, size, or item number indicated on the purchase email receipt.
  5. Products that never arrived from the carrier.


Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as they may not be able to trace your purchase because it was completed through

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, and we will inform you of this case, if applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check and contact your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gift Cards

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and the product must be returned, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
